I use the therapeutic properties of Neal's Yard Remedies Organic & natural products to support your health & wellbeing in my therapy room and in the community during my Wellbeing Workshops.

If you know of a group of people or a charity in your community who you think could benefit from an hour of mindful self-care; incorporating breath-work, meditation and a guided massage using NYRO products or by receiving 1:1 therapies, please get in touch.

I have opportunities for Community Wellbeing Workshops each month. These are FREE and are ideal for individuals or groups & can be effective as team bonding or fundraising events too.   

I also attend mental health & wellbeing events and have recently partnered with Versus Arthritis to deliver on-site therapies as well as supporting a peer led support group at Drumchapel Life on a regular basis.
