Oncology Massage

The physical and mental health benefits of positive,  therapeutic  touch make massage  a relevant option for those undergoing  treatment  for  cancer  or  for  individuals  who  have  a  history  of  cancer  treatment.

I  trained  with  Cancer  Support  Scotland  to  obtain  my  Oncology Massage  Diploma  in  order  for  me  to  be  able  to  treat clients  safely  and  appropriately, ever mindful  of  the  cornerstone  of  all  bodywork,  which  is  “Do  No  Harm”.    

It  enabled  me  to understand the unique needs and challenges that individuals facing cancer may experience  and to provide safe and supportive treatments, tailored to meet  those  specific and  changing  needs.   

Oncology massage is a gentle and therapeutic approach that can help alleviate symptoms such as pain, anxiety, fatigue, swelling and nausea. It can also help improve relaxation, reduce stress, and promote overall well-being during and after cancer treatment.

I  am dedicated to creating a safe and comforting environment where clients can relax,  rejuvenate, and find relief through the healing power of touch. I work closely with each client to customise a treatment plan that addresses their individual needs and concerns.
