A highly effective therapy allowing you to reduce tension, increase mobility & improve your overall sense of wellbeing. A minimum of two individual treatments are required before you have the option to join group classes. Therapy tools are necessary and can be purchased direct from me or from a link provided at time of booking. This can be used as a stand-alone therapy or in conjunction with other hands-on therapies.
To maintaining your health and wellbeing and you will need to practice the techniques given to you in between sessions in order to feel the benefits and create good habits for your long-term health. Learning how to make small changes can bring about big differences in your overall health. Trust me, just 10 minutes a day is worth it!
